Mauricio Rosas is one of the 5 members of The Board of Cellus Group. He is a Commercial Engineer and MBA from the Universidad Austral. He is the former CEO of Merck  in Chile and Peru. He has extensive experience in management and leadership of professional work teams in the fields of Consumer Health, prescription and biotechnology products.

His management developed in countries such as Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay and Germany, has allowed him to build business relationships in diverse multicultural contexts, including P&L management, commercial management, mergers, strategic planning and business development, among others.

He is recognized by his peers and collaborators as a dedicated, achievement oriented professional with a management style focused on cooperation and dialogue.
