José Antonio Villasante is the Board Advisor and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of CELLUS Group. Lawyer and Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences, Universidad de Chile. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University, Cranfield School of Management Business School, England; Master in Management for Globalization, Universidad de Chile, Industrial Engineering, FCFM. Villasante’s work experience is focused on the commercial area, financial market and corporate governance. He worked as a lawyer of the Market Area on the Santander Chile Group (2011-2013) as Analyst of New Markets in Fynsa, Finance and Business Brokerage Broker (2014). Subsequently and to date, he has worked as a corporate lawyer, directory advisor and director of emerging companies related to sophisticated markets such as biotechnology and pharmaceutical engineering.
